Why isn’t my promo code working?

It’s very common to forget to add all the items to the cart before checking out. For example, if the offer is Buy 1 and Get 1 free; you must add all the products including the item you’d like to get for free to the cart. Make sure to add the correct promo code at checkout before confirming payment.

Soon after signing up, you should be received a welcoming email along with the code. Sometimes, it may have accidentally been sent to the Junk or Spam folder. We recommend double-checking this, if you still can’t find it we’re more than glad to provide the code after you contact us.
