How long does it take for my order to ship?

1-3 Business Day Shipping via USPS - Mail Shipping Method: US only

We ship all orders as quickly as possible and provide tracking number in hope for the best shipping experience for our customers. However, please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, non-business days and holidays. 1-3 business days may vary depending on the USPS processing and excludes holidays.

*If your order was not received by the approximated date USPS’s discretion please allow for 2 business days as the USPS may be delayed in delivering your order. If it is received within 5 business days, please contact us as soon as possible or you can contact USPS as they will be able to provide more detailed information regarding your shipment.

We offer Domestic USPS Shipping options:

  • $4 First Class: Via USPS for orders that weigh under 13 oz. (.81 lb.) 
  • $6 Priority Mail: Via USPS for orders that weigh over 13.1 oz. (.82 lb.) and less than 70 lb. 
  • Free Shipping: Via USPS for orders over $20.
  • After your order is processed, transit time typically takes 1 to 3 business days. All shipping methods include tracking number. *exclusions apply

*All orders received by 2 p.m. PST will ship that same day; excluding orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. If received after 2 p.m., such orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).



We love our Amorus USA makeup lovers and your satisfaction is very important to us. We are more than glad to accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a Return:

  • The item must be in original condition received.
  • The item must be in original packaging and unused condition.
  • Items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 14 days of order delivery date.

Due to the low-cost nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns for any other reasons at this time. Available return and exchanges policies apply to US only.

Know before making a Return:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • Shipping fee is paid by the buyer for returned shipping. We highly suggest including tracking number. If the item is lost in transit, we will not be able to complete the refund if we cannot track the returned shipment.


Items Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 14 days delivery date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?

Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

What if there was something wrong with my order?

How do I return?

  • Please contact us and provide order number, which product/s you'd like to return and why.
  • You will get a confirmation to inform if the return request qualifies and is approved or not approved.
  • If it is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Shipping Guidelines

  • Pack all the returned items approved, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
  • Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to the return address provided during approval confirmation email. 
  • Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. This will allow you to track your package and return process.
  • You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when the refund is approved.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Make sure to choose the right shipping method as the returned order must be received within 14 days after your original order was delivered.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for package transit, plus an additional 2-3 business days for processing your refund after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.

Please note:

Please be aware that shipping costs cannot be reimbursed, nor we can take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped back with a tracking number; or if tracking number was not provided to us via our return process at the moment of your return.
