When will my order arrive?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Shipping time varies by destination. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery from the expected delivery date. Also, at times the USPS does not update the tracking number consistently although it has been picked up.
For international shipping, the Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
At times, the email the order was created under is invalid or may have accidentally been sent to the Junk or Spam folder.
What also commonly happens, is that the checkout process was not finished and therefore the order was not completed.
I received the wrong item, I am missing an item in my order, I received a broken item. What can I do?
Oh no! We apologize for the inconvenience, please contact us along with your order number and product image (if the item is broken). We'll work to find a solution that best for you, asap!
My order says it was delivered, but I still have not received my package.
At times the USPS does not update the tracking number consistently and mark in advance. However, if you do not receive your package within the next business day, please contact us so we can find a solution for you asap!
