** Holiday Shipping Guide for 2024 **
During the holidays, the postal service gets overloaded with packages! We recommend completing your order as soon as possible to avoid any delays. The following information will show our recommend dates to get your gifts on time for Christmas.
Each major shipping service has a deadline for packages to be shipped on time to arrive by Christmas Day (December 25th). We'll share with you our main carrier's cutoff dates so you can find all the info you need in one place! Remember you need to place your order before the cutoff dates as we'll need a little time to prepare your package!

Last day to get your order fulfilled on time for Christmas is Monday morning December 16th 2024 (Amorus USA fulfillment Center).
December 18th 2024 is for USPS & UPS
International Shipping
Unfortunately, because of the different shipping regulations and processing on each country, we cannot give an estimate cutoff date. International shipping may be subject to delays, even when shipped on a timely manner.

All orders place during this period of time will start to be fulfilled on Thursday, January 2nd 2025.

When will my order ship?
Our products ship from Monday to Friday, within 2-3 BUSINESS days, (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays and only applicable for US orders)! Any orders placed within an hour of each other may be shipped together. However, orders may take a bit longer to process if we have a promotion or a new launch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. All packages will be shipped in the order they are received.
Please note that UPS and USPS might delay delivering your package also due to the current pandemic. Once your order has shipped from us, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Also, you can track your package on USPS and UPS.

How much is shipping?
For domestic shipping, there is a flat rate of $5.99 USD.
Domestic orders over $25.00 USD are eligible for free shipping (before taxes & shipping)!
For international shipping, there is a flat rate of $15.00 USD.
International orders over $60.00 USD are eligible for free shipping (before taxes & shipping)!
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/military addresses?
We do ship to PO Boxes, and APO/military addresses. However, not all address are able to be shipped to.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do!
For international shipping, there is a flat rate of $15.00 USD.
International orders over $60.00 USD are eligible for free shipping (before taxes & shipping)!
We currently do not ship to the following countries: Mexico, China, Turkey, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Vietnam, Guatemala, North Korea, the Crimean region of Ukraine, Sudan, and Syria.
For international shipping, the Postal Service™ and UPS are temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Are there other fees for international orders?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your Amorus order and/or shipping total. Amorus is not responsible for fees associated with import and these fees may be collected at the time of delivery. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
Amorus is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS and USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

I didn't receive my package but it showed it was delivered?
At times the UPS or USPS does not update the tracking number consistently and mark in advance. However, if your package states delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend you wait 3-5 business days.
Amorus IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen or any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Amorus is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY.
Once tracking information is received via email, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. If package states that it has been delivered but has been lost or stolen, please contact to the carrier regarding the issue.
