Due to COVID-19 and Effect to safeguards in place to protect out distribution center employees, shipments will be delayed.
For international shipping, the Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please note that USPS might delay delivering your package also due to the current pandemic. Once your order has shipped from us, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Also, you can track your package on USPS.
Our products ship from Monday to Friday, within 2-3 BUSINESS days, (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays and only applicable to US orders)! However, orders may take a bit longer to process if we have a promotion or a new launch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. All packages will be shipped in the order they are received.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Shipping time varies by destination. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery from the expected delivery date.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Domestic US Shipping
For domestic shipping, there is a flat rate of $5.99 USD.
Domestic orders over $25 USD are eligible for free shipping (before taxes & shipping)!
Orders outside the Continental US such as Hawaii, Alaska, Territories, APO/FPO will take longer based on the destination. Same charges apply.
For international shipping, there is a flat rate of $15 USD.
International orders over $60.00 USD are eligible for free shipping (before taxes & shipping)!
We currently do not ship to the following countries: Mexico, China, Turkey, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Vietnam, Guatemala, North Korea, the Crimean region of Ukraine, Sudan, and Syria.
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your Amorus order and/or shipping total. Amorus is not responsible for fees associated with import and these fees may be collected at the time of delivery. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
Amorus is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
Customers located outside of the US must have a matching billing and shipping address. Your order will be canceled if your international addresses don’t match.
Conversion and import fees don’t apply to international orders. However, if you live outside of the US, your financial institution or country of residence may charge additional fees on top of your total, such as conversion or import taxes/customs fees. Amorus can’t credit you for these fees since they come from your financial institution or country. Please call your financial institution or customs office before placing your order to confirm what kind of charges you can expect from them.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE BUT IT SHOWS IT WAS DELIVERED?
At times the USPS does not update the tracking number consistently and mark in advance. However, if your package states delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend you wait 2-3 business days.
Amorus IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen or any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Amorus is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking information is received via email, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. If package states that it has been delivered but has been lost or stolen, please contact to the carrier regarding the issue.
TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN
• The item must be in original condition received.
• The item must be in original packaging and unused condition.
• Items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 14 days of order delivery date.
• Items must have been purchased from amorususa.com
Due to the low-cost nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns for any other reasons at this time. Available return and exchanges policies apply to US only.
KNOW BEFORE MAKING A RETURN
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
• Shipping fee is paid by the buyer for returned shipping. We highly suggest including tracking number. If the item is lost in transit, we will not be able to complete the refund if we cannot track the returned shipment.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
• Items marked as final sale. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
• Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
• Returns received after 14 days delivery date.
• Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I BOUGHT ON SALE OR USED A PROMO CODE ON?
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
WHAT IF THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us asap and we will gladly do our best to find the best solution for you at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW DO I RETURN?
• Please contact us and provide order number, which product/s you'd like to return and why.
• You will get a confirmation to inform if the return request qualifies and is approved or not approved.
• If it is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
• Pack all the returned items approved, along with a print of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
• Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to the return address provided during approval confirmation email.
• Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. This will allow you to track your package and return process.
• You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when the refund is approved.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note times may vary depending on your financial company.
• Make sure to choose the right shipping method as the returned order must be received within 14 days after your original order was delivered.
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for package transit, plus an additional 2-3 business days for processing your refund after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.
Please be aware that shipping costs cannot be reimbursed, nor we can take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped back with a tracking number; or if tracking number was not provided to us via our return process of your return.
